14 years of experience in Digital Design for B2B or B2C products on behalf of start-ups and large groups.For 5 years at Thiga as Product Design Leader (Principal)I act as Coach Design Leaders and VP / Head of Design.Passionate about Design at Scale and Design System, I support Design teams in the creation of innovative products by building their vision and organization, their processes as well as recruitment within Product organizations.For 15 months, I have been working as VP Digital Design at Decathlon where I set up, organized and structured the Design team, growing from 20 to 120 Product Designers/Reseachers in one year.Previously, I was for 18 months Head of Design at Leetchi where I structured the team, its organization and processes.In 2020, I set up the Doctolib Design System and supported teams in its deployment and membership (30 designers).Transmission enthusiast, I participated in the writing of Thiga's book on Product Design (PA4) and I am a Product Design and Design System trainer for the Thiga Academy
