When will LPC 2025 take place?
LPC 2025 will take place in Paris on May 20, 2025 in the Folies Bergère, and in Madrid on May 22, 2025 at the Kinépolis.
How can I become a sponsor of LPC 2025?

Can we be a sponsor at LPC Paris and LPC Madrid?
Yes, it's absolutely possible! By sponsoring both events, you’ll benefit from added visibility, exclusive advantages and more lead generation. On top of that, you will get a 10% discount on the price of a sponsorship package for LPC Paris.

What booth sizes are available for sponsors?
The available booth sizes depend on the sponsorship package you choose. There are five packages, including Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper, each offering different booth sizes and prime locations. In Paris, booth sizes range from 10 sqm to 15 sqm. And in Madrid it goes from 9sqm to 4sqm.
Will I need to incur any additional costs for my booth on the day of the event?
No, your booth package includes everything you need! (TV screen with HDMI cables, table, 2-4 chairs, a printed backdrop, a internet connection, some food & drinks for team members, etc.) Just come as you are with your goodies, laptop and good mood :)
Can I bring marketing collaterals or goodies before the event?
Yes! The day before LPC, you will have a designated time slot to drop off your materials (e.g., banners, roll-ups, promotional items, etc.). This is the only occasion where you will be able to drop any materials before the event as it will be during the technical setup. It is your responsibility to ensure your items are delivered to the correct location and at the appropriate time; the LPC organization team is not liable for any lost items.
How can we secure additional event passes and ensure our team has access to the booth during the event?
Each package already includes a set number of tickets for your team and clients. The number of passes depends on the package you chose. If you need additional tickets for your team or clients beyond what is included, please contact our team to discuss this matter. The tickets will be sent via email to the designated individuals.
Where is our booth located on the floor plan, and what are the setup times?
Once your package is confirmed, you will be able to select a location on the floor plan. Our process operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Our technical team will handle the setup of the booths the day before LPC, but you are welcome to drop off any materials or check your booth if you wish.
Do you have co-branded graphics or a promo kit we can use on social media?
Yes! Once your commitment as a LPC 2025 sponsor is confirmed, we will provide assets to showcase your presence ahead of the event, including email and LinkedIn banners, the LPC logo in SVG format, and customized templates.
What file formats are accepted for the booth screen, and can your team help load our content?
You can display content on your booth screen by connecting your computer via HDMI. The screen will also have a USB port if you want to plug in a USB drive directly. There are no specific file format restrictions, as content is managed from your own device. Additionally, our team will be available to help you if any issues arise.
When will we receive the list of registered companies and attendees?
Two weeks before LPC 2025, we will share a list of participating companies to help you tailor your conversations. LPC typically includes around 30% large corporations or CAC40 or IBEX35 companies, 40% scale-ups, 15% public organizations, and 15% startups. The attendee list remains confidential; however, a networking app will allow you to scan badges to retain contact information.
Through which channel can I share the list of team members who will be at the booth?
You can email the list of team members attending the event to the organizers directly.
How will our team members receive their badges?
Once we receive the list of attendees from you, your team members will receive a confirmation email with a QR code to use as their access ticket on the day of the event. When they arrive at the venue, they will receive a printed badge.
What is the deadline to confirm my participation as a sponsor?
You have up until one month before the event to confirm your participation as a sponsor. After this deadline, we will no longer be able to provide a stand branded with your visual identity.
I would like to be an LPC 2025 sponsor: can I pay in installments?
Yes! We do offer a three-installment payment option if preferred with a 30% downpayment at the signature of the contract.
As a sponsor, will I have access to an exhibitor manual or guidelines?
Yes! A Notion page with all logistical, programmatic, and technical information will be available a few months before the event. This will be your go-to guide to find all the necessary information.
Will there be an electrical outlet at my booth?
Yes! An electrical outlet is included in all packages with a booth, allowing you to charge your laptop, phone, or other equipment. Please do not bring your toaster or pancake maker, we do not assume responsibility for fire hazards ;)
Can the LPC organizing team receive and deliver our goodies to the event venue for us?
You will have a slot the day before the event to drop off your goodies and other collaterals. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for receiving or delivering your marketing materials at the venue.
One of my team member will not be able to attend LPC but has already received a ticket. Can I transfer the access to a colleague, and how?
Yes! You can transfer LPC access to a colleague or another person by updating the ticket details via the Angage app, online. The app will be available three months before the event, and you may make changes up to three weeks before LPC to ensure accurate badge information. If you finally changed your ticket information 3 days before the event, your printed badge might not have the right information on it.
How can I retrieve the list of leads we scanned during the event?
All scanned badges will appear in the personalized space of your networking app (Angage), where you can see the list in real time. For privacy reasons, we will not share contact lists post-event, except for attendees of your talks (included in Platinum and Gold packages).
Will there be a designated room for meetings or calls during the event?
There won’t be dedicated private rooms, but designated areas will be available for meetings and calls if needed.
